  1. Delivery Guarantee

    • We guarantee that your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch. If your order is delayed and not received within this timeframe, we are not responsible for any damage or loss, unless the delay is caused by our fault.
  2. Delays Caused by Buyer

    • If the buyer requests a delay in delivery (e.g., asking the delivery rider to change the delivery date), the buyer accepts responsibility for the delivery schedule. If the order is received on the 4th day or later and there is any damage to the product, we cannot be held liable for any refunds or replacements. We strongly recommend that you arrange to receive the order within the guaranteed delivery window.
  3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • In the event that your order is damaged during transit or if you receive an incorrect product, please notify us the same day you receiving the order. We will review the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund. You will need to provide clear images of the damaged or incorrect items to process your claim.
  4. Non-Refundable Conditions

    • As a perishable food product, once the dates have been delivered and accepted, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any products that have been opened, consumed, or altered in any way.
    • Please note, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for products once they are delivered past the guaranteed delivery window if the buyer is responsible for the delay.
  5. Refund Process

    • If a refund is deemed necessary under the conditions stated above, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  6. Shipping Costs

    • If the return or replacement is due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to the buyer’s request or actions (e.g., change in delivery date or refusal to accept delivery), the buyer will be responsible for any associated return shipping costs.
